The Synergy Healing Collaborative Story
Our Roots
Synergy Healing Collaborative was created by a group of dedicated mental health therapists who wanted to build something bigger — a strong, professional network of powerful healers. We came together with a shared vision of making holistic, integrative care more accessible, especially for those who’ve been overlooked or underserved. Our goal is to bring meaningful, whole-person healing to the community, rooted in both compassion and collaboration.
Our Community
As a community non-profit, we've created a care-matching program that turns this vision into action. When someone purchases services through our collaborative, they're not just supporting their own healing — they're helping fund care for someone in our community who may not otherwise be able to afford it. This is especially important when it comes to complementary and alternative services like ecotherapy, sound healing, energy healing, and more — offerings that aren’t usually covered by insurance but are deeply impactful for mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
Our Philosophy
Like the branches of a tree, each practitioner within our collaborative is strong and unique — offering services that support the root causes of dis-ease rather than just managing symptoms. Whether someone is receiving therapy, acupuncture, somatic work, energy healing, or herbal support, our clients are empowered to take an active role in their healing, supported by practitioners who honor both evidence-based practice and traditional wisdom.
Welcome, healing practitioner
Synergy Healing Collaborative is a nonprofit network — not an employer. Providers stay fully independent and opt into shared community spaces, collective resources, and occasional low-cost offerings. There’s no hierarchy, no required caseload, and no employment relationship. It’s about collaboration and sharing, not being hired.
Synergy Healing is especially aligned for, though not limited to:
LMFTs, LCSWs, LPCCs, psychologists, psychiatrists
OT/PT, SLP, chiropractors, acupuncturists, medical doctors, nurse/nurse practitioners
Somatic therapists and bodyworkers, spiritual healers
Energy healers, expressive arts therapists, and integrative practitioners
Providers serving QTBIPOC, disabled, neurodivergent, and low-income communities
You remain independent, licensed under your own scope, and in charge of your work.
What This Collaborative Is Not
Not a group practice that controls your schedule or rate - we are a collective
Not a productivity-driven agency model; referrals are matched based on client needs
Not a one-size-fits-all approach to healing or practicing
